We loved the hotel! Very clean and stylish. Design of the room was well thought out. It’s right in the middle of a neighborhood in Flushing Queens, so there is some local activity but nothing crazy. Will stay there again when we return to NYC!

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth and you can feel how much care goes into everything. The lobby smells amazing and I loved having a 24-hour laundromat next door. I even extended my stay another week, and being able to drop off my laundry while exploring was so convenient. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and full of charm. The front desk staff went above and beyond, giving me great recommendations for attractions and restaurants nearby. I also love that it’s a small family business and I’m always happy to support that. Will definitely come back once I visit nyc again!

I absolutely enjoyed it here. The room was nice and clean. The highlights for me is the security and the Chinese restaurant that is connected. Honestly, the only thing I found a bit difficult was the parking. There isn't many spots for all guests, but thankfully, I managed to keep a spot during my stay. The customer service is wonderful and the ladies at the front are extremely kind. The lobby/waiting area is very spacious and comfortable. There's also a shopping plaza basically down the street as well. I would definitely stay again for another concert visit!

Room is nicely designed, and equipped, and AC was perfect, keeping room at comfortable temperature throughout. Location is good too if you are heading out of NY through LAG airport, or discover the Upper state portion of NYC. Safe neighborhood and a lot of restaurants and shops around in walking distance. Bus lines are also within less than a mile from the hotel. Room cleanliness is good. They provide one-use slippers for walking around the room for convenience among other toiletries. I had an issue during the stay, but upon mentioning it to admin, she rectified the issue and neutralized it. Very attentive admin team. Will be happy to stay in this hotel again.

Update: the owner called me and assured me that they are working on the issues. They are a family-owned establishment and they clearly care about their business. It also smells amazing because of the laundromat. We stayed here for 1 night, and the experience was frustrating to say the least. The front desk was extremely unhelpful. I believe they were training new employees, which is totally fine, but there was no warmth or acknowledgement that we were paying guests. We were given our room cards, not told that we had to scan them to make the elevator work (I did hear them explain this to a different guest later on that evening, but never to us), and not told that we had to put the room key in a little slot to make any of the power turn on! Like the TV and bathroom light, etc. How were we supposed to know that? I had to call the front desk and have one of their employees come up to the room and explain this to us. The day we went, the weather was 95° in Queens. When we got into the room, the AC was barely trickling out air. And it stayed like that the rest of the night. It became more comfortable as the night went on obviously because the day became cooler. But the AC in our room was not good. One more thing. The tiny bathroom has a glass door. This glass door was extremely heavy and slammed violently whenever you went into the bathroom. I can imagine that a small child could get seriously hurt with this very heavy, slamming door. Even a teenager or adult can get caught in that door, It was very disconcerting. This hotel has cool gadgets, but what’s the point if they don’t work properly? 2 stars because it was clean and the bed was very comfy. Wont be coming back, and that sucks because I would love to visit my mother in College Point and be able to come here.

I’m not normally want to write a review, but this place was so good, I had to! I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay at this hotel. From the second I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home they were so friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile or a great recommendation. The place itself was spotless. You could tell they really care about keeping everything clean and comfortable. My room was immaculate, and every space I walked through just felt fresh and inviting. If you’re thinking about staying here, do it! You won’t be disappointed.I’m
